Rounding out a busy several months of Cohen Clinic openings, the excitement continued as Cohen Veterans Network celebrated the opening of its 14th clinic in San Diego, slated to offer a variety of 
comprehensive mental health services to more than 225,000 veterans in San Diego County, as well as military families.
“It’s important that veterans know they have not been forgotten after the sacrifices they have made and that they are given the support they need to transition into civilian life,” Congresswoman Susan Davis said, as she joined CVN CEO Dr. Anthony Hassan, Veterans Village of San Diego CEO Kim Mitchell and Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Veterans Village of San Diego Director Shari Houser who were all key speakers at the event.
More than 100 veteran and military family supporters created a full house inside the clinic’s Padres Community Room for a VIP press conference and engaging community gathering that included a panel discussion designed to bring to light mental health needs for veterans and military family members in the community.
