Growing the Team

Another key position in the CVN central office was filled with the addition of Data Manager Todd Dias. Todd was previously Manager of Informatics and Statistics for the Perinatal Data Center at the March of Dimes Foundation, where he gained more than a decade of experience working with maternal and child health data. At CVN Dias is responsible for a range of data collected at each clinic regarding structure, process, and patient-reported outcomes in order to foster a culture of rigorous, patient-centered care; discovery; and continuous systemic improvement.

Three Summer Associates are making a big impact in our operations:

Former Marine Officer Taylor Neason is transitioning back to the work force before beginning his MBA program at the Wharton School in August. His responsibilities at CVN include conducting quantitative and qualitative research to develop criteria and a rubric for determining the locations and partners of the next group of Clinics.

Logan McIntosh is a current CVN Scholar and a former Emergency Medical Technician turned Social Worker. He is currently attending classes to complete his Masters of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice. Logan is working on the electronic health record roll-out and CVN’s clinician, and trainee, training programs.

Ben Grossman is a Public Relations graduate student at Quinnipiac University. He is passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health care and is excited to help promote CVN as it rapidly expands its clinics nationwide.
