Customer Service: What to Expect

You and your family members deserve to be happy and healthy, and we are here to support you. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for veterans and service members, including those from the National Guard and Reserves, and their families. Cohen Veterans Network is a not-for-profit network of mental health clinics that serves post-9/11 veterans, as well as active duty service members (with a Tricare referral), including the National Guard, and Reserves, spouses and family members.

Our goal is to provide care that gets you on the road back to better. You can count on our Cohen Clinics to provide the highest-quality, most accessible care – regardless of your discharge status or your role in service.

All post-9/11 veterans, service members and their families are eligible for treatment and cost will never be a barrier to care at our Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics.

The Cohen Clinics accept all major insurances but will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure that any barriers to care are addressed. For those with no insurance, care may be available at no cost.

CVN Telehealth

Telehealth is face-to-face video therapy that allows you to have appointments in real time through confidential video conferencing. Therapy via telehealth has been shown to be equally as effective as in-person therapy.

To take advantage of telehealth, you will need a secure internet connection and a device like a phone, computer, or tablet with audio and video capabilities. At the Cohen Clinics, we use secure, private, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software to ensure confidential services.
