The Cohen Veterans Network seeks to hire an experienced, versatile communication and marketing professional to develop and deliver on social media, earned media and outreach to help raise awareness and understanding of our brand and service offering. In this role you will help to raise awareness of several Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics in the communities the network serves. The Case Manager facilitates direct referrals for housing, employment, healthcare, legal, educational, peer-support and all other essential community-based needs for clinic clients. Clinician must have background and training in utilizing evidence-based interventions in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and adjustment disorders. Qualified candidates will be proficient in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care. Certification or documented proficiency in one or more in one or more of the following EBPs: PE, CBT and CPT is required at time of hire or within a year of employment.

As Clinic Director, you are responsible for the following: Oversee all clinical operations (e.g. clinical care, staffing, training, budget, measurement and evaluation). Ensure clinical staff are aware of, and following, evidence-based practice guidelines throughout treatment. Provide overall clinical supervision for the Cohen Clinic staff, including weekly clinical supervision for therapists, crisis management support as needed, and management of a clinical training program in evidence-based treatment modalities. Manage intake process for new patients, including supporting intake workers as needed and leading weekly disposition meetings for the clinical team to assign and present cases. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work including diverse interest groups, advocacy groups and other governmental organizations. Ensure the clinic and its staff actively communicate with the CVN Central Office, participate in CVN meetings/events/activities, and contribute to the overall network. Through leadership, develop and foster a culture of collaboration, peer consultation, and commitment to ongoing education and professional improvement.
