The Operations Department seeks to hire a full-time Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Operations Manager, COO and other team members as needed. As a member of the CVN team you will be responsible for: Managing/coordinating preferred vendor list, On-going legal project tracking (via Smartsheet), Central Office calendar (coordinate across all departments and with the Portal), Recognize clinic significant events/milestones, Assist with coordinating Year 0 (schedule Clinic Director interviews), Track facility inventories, Facility décor (signage, managed care signs, core values sign, Veterans Artist Program), Assist with event logistics (invite lists, registration sites, hotel rooming lists)
The Veterans Case manager helps the Veterans and family members identify their goals related and make direct referrals for medical, substance use, financial, mental health, housing, legal, vocational, transportation, and family needs while developing strategies to achieve their goals. The Case Manager assists Veterans and family members with self-sufficiency and financial independence through the following comprehensive services: Individualized, Development Plan and Case Management; Job Training, Employment and Transit Resources; Benefits Eligibility Determination and Assistance; and Affordable Housing Placement. This position requires a clear communicator (both verbal and written), organized with effective time management skills, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt, with the highest standards of behavior, collaborative manner and work ethic. The schedule for this position requires day hours and one evening per week. The Case Manager is estimated to support ~250 patients/year or 70 patients at a time.
As Clinic Director, you are responsible for the following: Oversee all clinical operations (e.g. clinical care, staffing, training, budget, measurement and evaluation). Ensure clinical staff are aware of, and following, evidence-based practice guidelines throughout treatment. Provide overall clinical supervision for the Cohen Clinic staff, including weekly clinical supervision for therapists, crisis management support as needed, and management of a clinical training program in evidence-based treatment modalities. Manage intake process for new patients, including supporting intake workers as needed and leading weekly disposition meetings for the clinical team to assign and present cases. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work including diverse interest groups, advocacy groups and other governmental organizations. Ensure the clinic and its staff actively communicate with the CVN Central Office, participate in CVN meetings/events/activities, and contribute to the overall network. Through leadership, develop and foster a culture of collaboration, peer consultation, and commitment to ongoing education and professional improvement.
The Data Manager will directly support the advancement of the veterans mental health field by playing a key role in the collection, quality assurance, and reporting of key outcome measures within the Cohen Clinic.
The Clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families. The Clinician will have training Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and should be skilled at offering treatment in a measurement-based, time-limited treatment environment. Clinician must have background and training in utilizing evidence-based interventions in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and adjustment disorders. Qualified candidates will be proficient in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care. Certification or documented proficiency in one or more in one or more of the following EBPs: PE, CBT and CPT is required at time of hire or within a year of employment.
Responsible for managing and coordinating all clinical activities that advance the operations for the Cohen Veterans Clinic (CVN) of Cape Fear Valley Health System. Both the Corporate Director of Behavioral Health Care & Sleep Medicine (or designee) and the Clinic Director interface with the CVN Central Office, and are the primary conduits of the CVN mission, policies, and communications to the clinic.
The Intake Coordinator will be the first point of contact for incoming referrals. S/he will be responsible for the completion of structured psychiatric interviews over the phone, maintaining clinical documentation, and assisting in the coordination of care for clients entering the clinic. S/he will also support ongoing clinical data collection and entry efforts and related research as it arises.
The Cohen Veterans Network seeks to hire a storyteller to develop and deliver on earned media strategy and outreach to help raise awareness and understanding of our brand and service offering. In this role you will help to raise awareness of the Cohen Veterans Network and the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics in the communities the network serves. This includes supporting the development of targeted media relations campaigns to spur new client activity at the clinics and help de-stigmatize mental health care among veterans and their families and save lives. The role will also help raise visibility of our executive team as thought leaders in both veterans’ mental health and health care. The project manager will work closely with the Chief External Affairs Officer on significantly increasing positive media coverage of CVN and overall share of voice. This position will also interface with a variety of senior leaders across the network. Ideally, the candidate will also be a strong writer both in the areas of media relations and other communications (internal, partner, executive communications, etc.)
