The Clinic Director is responsible for directing, managing, and planning for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic in El Paso, TX. This clinic provides evidenced based interventions to Veterans, their family members, Active Duty and their family members. The Clinic Director will assist in the development of staff trainings and the development of resources to provide best practice and evidence-based treatment to clientele. The Clinic Director will be responsible for providing supervision for a team of clinicians, case managers, outreach and administrative staff and will be responsible for performance improvement activities. The Clinic Director will participate in activities during and in preparation for all accreditation, licensing, or other surveys. This position also oversees the budget, insurance billing and credentialing for all providers. The Clinic Director must have an understanding of PTSD and issues related to members of the Military and their family members. This position will be a community spokesperson for the clinic at a local, state, and national level.

Cohen Military Family Clinic at The Up Center. As a member of The Up Center’s development team, the Military Family Clinic Development Manager will be responsible for helping to meet clinic budgeted revenue goals by supporting its campaign and efforts to establish an ongoing, major-gift-focused fundraising program. The successful candidate will assist our President & CEO and volunteers in their pursuit of major gifts for the Military Family Clinic, while also building and managing their own portfolio through identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding individuals, foundations and corporations.
The Case Manager is part of a multidisciplinary clinical team who serves as the bridge between clinical services and essential community resources. The Case Manager facilitates direct referrals for housing, employment, healthcare, legal, educational, peer-support and all other essential community-based needs for clinic clients. The Case Manager manages referral partnerships by continuous engagement post-referral, ensuring the provision of quality care. The Case Manager assists the clinical team in understanding resources and needs within the clinic community. The Case Manager is estimated to support ~250 patients/year or 70 patients at a time (based on expected utilization levels).

The position is long-term part-time temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent to provide direct counseling services + evidence-based care for clients of the clinic. The Vice President for Major Gifts and Campaigns is charged with increasing philanthropic support in all CVN clinic markets. As a key leadership team member and an important contributor to strategic decisions, the VP will have significant impact on CVN’s fundraising activities. In partnership with the CEO and SVP for Advancement, this position is primarily responsible for major gift and campaign development activities. The successful candidate will help forge new relationships to build Cohen Veterans Network’s visibility, impact, and financial resources. The VP will design and implement a comprehensive major gift feasibility study and campaign plans, immediately focused on network-wide feasibility studies and, where appropriate, fundraising campaigns for developing key external alliances by cultivating individual and philanthropic support. The VP will contribute to establishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to grow a major portion of the network’s financial sustainability through the solicitation of major gifts, campaigns, and other revenue streams identified in the course of fund development work.
The Account Manager is a key member of the Revenue Cycle Team who will implement the revenue cycle management with multiple CVN clinics. As an Account Manager of Revenue Cycle, responsibilities include, but are not limited to being responsible for the operational details and execution of revenue cycle processes across the CVN Central Office and within CVN clinics.
