The coordinator is responsible to support a portfolio of School/Center programs, for completing all required program details and providing the highest level of service to faculty, staff and program participants. This position is responsible for coordination of all program materials, classroom set up, and program websites using key operating systems. The coordinator will respond to participant questions in advance of programs, welcome groups at registration, give announcements of essential information at the start of program and communicate critical information throughout the week. The coordinator will promptly and appropriately respond to all client and faculty requests. The coordinator will work with program managers and program directors during the planning process and will work with the highest level of professionalism in an independent, self-directed manner. Coordinator will complete tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure a seamless, high quality program delivery.
The Clinical Psychologist provides direct client care by conducting assessments to clarify diagnosis and providing therapeutic services to Veterans or Veteran family members. Opportunities exist for development of research regarding effective treatments and models for community-based clinics for Veterans and families with PTSD and comorbidities. The Office Manager is a key member of the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone, Jacksonville. The Office Manager reports to the Clinic Director and oversees day-to-day clinic operations, interfaces regularly with both Centerstone and Cohen Veterans Network staff, and leads the Cohen Clinic at Centerstone’s billing efforts. The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone is an outpatient behavioral health facility located in Jacksonville, FL. The clinic is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical therapists, case managers, and outreach workers. The clinic offers high-quality, evidence-based, and personalized outpatient mental health treatment tailored to meet the specific needs of Veterans and their families. The clinic is part of the Cohen Veterans Network, a national nonprofit (501c3) network of clinics.
The Intake Coordinator is the point of contact for potential clients for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic. This position is responsible for managing and executing referral screening with potential clients both telephonically and in-person, with focus being on post 9/11 veterans and their families in the community. The Intake Coordinator will additionally administer and complete appropriate initial paperwork, psychometric screeners, and health record documentation to support clinical staff for ongoing treatment of the client. The intake coordinator will work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinic staff for case assignments, consultations and care coordination.
The Clinic Director leads an interdisciplinary team, focused on providing time-limited, evidence-based practices in an outpatient clinic that serves individual adults, couples families and children. As the clinical and administrative leader, the Clinic Director is responsible for creating and sustaining a clinical program that meets the highest standards of evidence-based practice and quality care. The Clinic Director is responsible for creating and monitoring best clinical and administrative practice standards at every level of the clinic. Both the Regional Director and the Clinic Director interface with the Cohen Veterans Network (CVN) Central Office, and are the primary conduits of the CVN mission, policies, and communications to the clinic. The Clinic Director will be a full-time employee of the clinic, but may spend part of her/his time performing patient-facing clinical work.
The Intake Coordinator (IC) provides information on services and supports for which the Veteran and/or their family member may be eligible. Specifically, new referrals are contacted and scheduled for assessment within appropriate time frames. The IC performs screenings for individuals seeking services and supports; provides an explanation of services and supports; triages immediate needs in response to crisis situations; and liaises with clinicians and staff to meet referral needs.

The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic (Cohen Clinic) at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a full time staff therapist. The Cohen Clinic provides low to no cost, evidence-based behavioral health care to Veterans and military family members, including individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couple and family therapy, in an interdisciplinary setting with Case Management and Medication Management.

The Clinic Director is responsible for directing, managing, and planning for the Military Family Counseling clinic. This clinic provides evidenced based interventions to Veterans and their family members. The Clinic Director will assist in the development of staff trainings and the development of resources to provide best practice and evidence-based treatment to clientele. The Clinic Director will be responsible for providing supervision for a team of clinicians, case managers, outreach and administrative staff and will be responsible for performance improvement activities. The Clinic Director will participate in activities during and in preparation for all accreditation, licensing, or other surveys.

The Clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families. The Clinician will have training Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and should be skilled at offering treatment in a measurement-based, time-limited treatment environment. Clinician must have background and training in utilizing evidence-based interventions in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and adjustment disorders.

The clinician will have training and experience in trauma and Post Traumatic Stress and will be proficient in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care.
