The Director of Online and Social Media Giving will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic online and social media fundraising campaigns. The Director will work with the External Affairs and Advancement teams to develop a master strategy to convert existing and new website and social media audiences to donors and newsletter subscribers, and to build a significant monthly giving program. The Director will be responsible for developing the strategy for the online giving program and the day-to-day implementation of the program at both the Network and clinic level.
The Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving is a newly established position and will report to the Senior Vice President of Advancement. The new Director will be responsible for developing and managing a strategic plan for soliciting public foundations and the diverse corporate sector to support local clinics as part of a long-term sustainment strategy.
The Case Manager is part of a multidisciplinary clinical team who serves as the bridge between clinical services and essential community resources. The Case Manager facilitates direct referrals for housing, employment, healthcare, legal, educational, peer-support and all other essential community-based needs for clinic clients. The Case Manager manages referral partnerships by continuous engagement post-referral, ensuring the provision of quality care. The Case Manager assists the clinical team in understanding resources and needs within the clinic community. The Case Manager is estimated to support ~250 patients/year or 70 patients at a time (based on expected utilization levels).
The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus provides confidential, compassionate and personalized mental health care to post-9/11 veterans and their family members. Position duties include providing clinical care, teaching and supervision of behavioral health trainees, working with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, providing case management as needed, and participating in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
The Intake Coordinator is the point of contact for potential clients for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic. This position is responsible for managing and executing referral screening with potential clients both telephonically and in-person, with focus being on post 9/11 veterans and their families in the community. The Intake Coordinator will additionally administer and complete appropriate initial paperwork, psychometric screeners, and health record documentation to support clinical staff for ongoing treatment of the client. The intake coordinator will work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinic staff for case assignments, consultations and care coordination.
Under the general direction of the Office Manager, the Office Coordinator is responsible for registering and scheduling patients in the appropriate IT system, organizing daily patient schedules, triaging incoming patient reports to appropriate locations, answering phones, preparation of billing information for billing services, obtaining and documenting insurance pre-authorizations and pre-certifications and facilitating physician and patient administrative needs.
This role will provide support to the Military Family Clinic as the first contact for services. The Cohen Clinic at Penn is looking for a Communications Coordinator. S/he will report to the Clinic Director and work closely with our Outreach Manager. The Communications Coordinator will support several key public facing initiatives.
The Director is responsible for the Network’s Public Grants initiatives to identify and secure available public funding from the federal, state, and local levels to support Network sustainment in support of our clinics, and engages, as appropriate, in existing funding programs to support our current and future work.
The Intake Coordinator (IC) provides information on services and supports for which the Veteran and/or their family member may be eligible. Specifically, new referrals are contacted and scheduled for assessment within appropriate time frames. The IC performs screenings for individuals seeking services and supports; provides an explanation of services and supports; triages immediate needs in response to crisis situations; and liaises with clinicians and staff to meet referral needs.

The Clinical Programs Manager will be an essential part of a cross-departmental clinical quality support effort, assisting a national network of mental health clinics implement and sustain high quality care. As a Clinical Quality Manager, you will be an essential member of a cross-departmental team offering process improvement and change management support to a cohort of outpatient mental health clinics.
The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluation and on-going treatment, ensure accuracy of diagnosis and appropriate pharmacological intervention, monitor for medication side effects, support appropriate multi-disciplinary interventions and maintain the electronic medical record. The psychiatric nurse practitioner will also perform all of these tasks under the supervision of a licensed physician and assures appropriate documentation of supervision in compliance with State regulations.
The clinician at the Cohen Clinic in El Paso will provide treatment to Veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families. The clinician will have training and experience in trauma and Post Traumatic Stress and will be proficient in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care.
The Cohen Veterans Network seeks to hire an experienced, versatile communication and marketing professional to develop and deliver on social media, earned media and outreach to help raise awareness and understanding of our brand and service offering. In this role you will help to raise awareness of several Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics in the communities the network serves. This includes supporting the development of targeted media relations campaigns to spur new client activity at the clinics and help build the brand of the Cohen Veterans Network throughout the country.
The Postdoctoral Fellow provides direct client care by conducting assessments to clarify diagnosis and providing therapeutic services to Veterans or Veteran family members. The clinic provides supervision and training opportunities. With growth of this ground-breaking clinic, future opportunities exist for the fellow to be involved in research and provision of supervision of graduate students/interns.
The Clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families. The Clinician will have training Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and should be skilled at offering treatment in a measurement-based, time-limited treatment environment. Clinician must have background and training in utilizing evidence-based interventions in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and adjustment disorders.

Provides assistance and consultation to other psychotherapists and clinic team members as needed. Serves as a clinical resource and provides psychotherapeutic services to Veterans and their families who are seeking mental health services through the CVN.
This position will play a key role in the advancement of the veterans’ mental health field by implementing, developing and maintaining Tableau Dashboards for Central Office and Clinics.
