Manage the development and implementation of the clinical and health systems training under the direction of the Director of Clinical Practice & Training, Clinical Programs.
The Outreach Director will be responsible for managing and executing the clinic’s outreach strategy and developing the referral pipeline, focused on recruiting post 9/11 veterans and their families in the community. Focus on recruitment of clients to the Military Family Clinic through outreach to community partners including veteran-service organizations, multi-service organizations, the Veterans Administration, and other local community partners. The Outreach Director will also participate in peer-to-peer communication, presentations, and other outreach mediums as needed. Recruitment will focus on reaching Veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their family members, though Veterans from any service area can be treated at the clinic. The Outreach Director, alongside the Clinic Director, will oversee the all outreach efforts and strategies to assist in achieving enrollment goals.
The Intake Coordinator is the point of contact for potential clients for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic. This position is responsible for managing and executing referral screening with potential clients both telephonically and in-person, with focus being on post 9/11 veterans and their families in the community. The Intake Coordinator will additionally administer and complete appropriate initial paperwork, psychometric screeners, and health record documentation to support clinical staff for ongoing treatment of the client. The intake coordinator will work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinic staff for case assignments, consultations and care coordination.
The therapist will be an independently licensed clinician able to provide treatment to Veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, National Guard and Reserve and all military families. The clinician will have training and experience in trauma and will be proficient in providing individual, couples, family therapy and group therapy, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care. Preference will be given to therapists willing to see children, adolescents and adult clients. Certification or documented proficiency in one or more in one or more evidence based practices is preferred.
This position will serve as Lead Clinician for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone in Fayetteville, NC. The Lead Clinician will report to Clinic Director. The Lead Clinician will be a full-time employee of the clinic and will spend part of her/his time providing supervision and oversight of clinic staff, as well as performing patient-facing clinical work.
This position will serve as Clinic Director of the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone in Fayetteville, North Carolina with primary responsibility as lead administrator of the clinic. The Clinic Director will report to Centerstone’s Regional Director and will serve as the primary conduit of the Cohen Veterans Network/Centerstone mission, policies, and communications to the clinic. The Clinic Director will be a full-time employee of the clinic, but may spend part of her/his time performing patient-facing clinical work.
The Lead Clinician serves at the Evidence Based Practice Champion and primary clinical leader on an interdisciplinary team, focused on providing time-limited, evidence-based practices in an outpatient clinic that serves individual adults, couples families and children. The Lead Clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families. In addition to direct clinical care, the Lead Clinician is responsible for supporting the Clinic Director through the provision of supervision, case consultation, and mentoring in CBT and other time-limited, manualized interventions. The Lead Clinician will be a full-time employee of the clinic and reports directly to the Clinic Director.
The Prescribing Provider functions as a member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, focused on providing time-limited, evidence-based practices in an outpatient clinic that serves individual adults, couples families and children. Diagnoses in this population may include mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, transition and adjustment disorders, impulse control disorders, conduct and learning disorders, and mild developmental disorders. We do not provide long-term support for chronically mentally ill, moderate or severe neurodevelopmental or intellectual disorders.
The Clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families. The Clinician will have training Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and should be skilled at offering treatment in a measurement-based, time-limited treatment environment. Clinician must have background and training in utilizing evidence-based interventions in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and adjustment disorders. Qualified candidates will be proficient in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care. Certification or documented proficiency in one or more in one or more of the following EBPs: PE, CBT and CPT is required at time of hire or within a year of employment.
The Network Systems Coordinator will play a key role in the advancement of the veterans mental health field by providing direct support to Clinics on CVN’s network-wide Electronic Health Record (EHR). This position will report directly to the Network Systems Director.
The Director of Online and Social Media Giving will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic online and social media fundraising campaigns. The Director will work with the External Affairs and Advancement teams to develop a master strategy to convert existing and new website and social media audiences to donors and newsletter subscribers, and to build a significant monthly giving program. The Director will be responsible for developing the strategy for the online giving program and the day-to-day implementation of the program at both the Network and clinic level.
The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluation and on-going treatment, ensure accuracy of diagnosis and appropriate pharmacological intervention, monitor for medication side effects, support appropriate multi-disciplinary interventions and maintain the electronic medical record. The psychiatric nurse practitioner will also perform all of these tasks under the supervision of a licensed physician and assures appropriate documentation of supervision in compliance with State regulations.
