The IC performs screenings for individuals seeking services and supports; provides an explanation of services and supports; triages immediate needs in response to crisis situations; and liaises with clinicians and staff to meet referral needs.

The Clinic Director leads an interdisciplinary team, focused on providing time-limited, evidence-based practices in an outpatient clinic that serves individual adults, couples families and children. As the clinical and administrative leader, the Clinic Director is responsible for creating and sustaining a clinical program that meets the highest standards of evidence-based practice and quality care. The Clinic Director is responsible for creating and monitoring best clinical and administrative practice standards at every level of the clinic. Both the Executive Director and the Clinic Director interface with the Cohen Veterans Network (CVN) Central Office, and are the primary conduits of the CVN mission, policies, and communications to the clinic. The Cohen Veterans Network seeks to hire a storyteller to develop and deliver on earned media strategy and outreach to help raise awareness and understanding of our brand and service offering. In this role you will help to raise awareness of the Cohen Veterans Network and the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics in the communities the network serves. This includes supporting the development of targeted media relations campaigns to spur new client activity at the clinics and help de-stigmatize mental health care among veterans and their families and save lives. The role will also help raise visibility of our executive team as thought leaders in both veterans’ mental health and health care. The project manager will work closely with the Chief External Affairs Officer on significantly increasing positive media coverage of CVN and overall share of voice. This position will also interface with a variety of senior leaders across the network. The Intake Coordinator is the point of contact for potential clients for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic.  This position is responsible for managing and executing intake calls and face-to-face screenings with potential clients, with focus being on post 9/11 veterans and their families in the community. The Intake Coordinator will additionally administer and complete appropriate initial paperwork, psychometric screeners, and health record documentation to support clinical staff for ongoing treatment of the client.  The intake coordinator will work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinic staff for case assignments, consultations and care coordination.

The Outreach Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the clinic’s outreach strategy and developing the referral pipeline, focused on recruiting post 9/11 veterans and their families in the community. Focus on recruitment of clients to the Military Family Clinic through outreach to community partners including veteran-service organizations, multi-service organizations, the Veterans Administration, and other local community partners. The Outreach Manager will also participate in peer-to-peer communication, presentations, and other outreach mediums as needed.  Recruitment will focus on reaching Veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their family members, though Veterans from any service area can be treated at the clinic. The Outreach Manager will oversee the Outreach Coordinator(s) to assist in achieving enrollment goals.
