We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager who will be a key member of the Cohen Clinic. He/she will report to the Clinic Director and provide office administration.  this person will support clinical, outreach, and case management staff as needed, and supervise the office assistant.  In addition to managing clinic office administration, the Office Manager will also be responsible for the administration and monitoring of all CARF requirements, to include gathering and updating documentation and coordinating training on CARF requirements for clinic staff.  The Office Manager will also serve as a key member of the billing team within clinic, including serving as a point of contact for CVN's RCM Manager, ensuring claims denials are being resolved by clinicians, working proactively with clinicians to address trends in claim errors, and working with CVN's RCM Manager on payor issues.  As such, we seek a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical leader who will excel at the duties and responsibilities outlined below.

The Clinician will have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and should be skilled at offering targeted treatment in a measurement-based, time-limited treatment environment. The Clinician must have a background and training in utilizing evidence-based interventions in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and adjustment disorders. Qualified candidates will be proficient in providing individual and couples therapy to adults, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care. Certification or documented proficiency in one or more in one or more of the following evidence-based practices is required at time of hire or within a year of employment: Prolonged Exposure, CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. The Clinician will be a full-time employee and report directly to the Lead Clinician.

The Clinic Director is responsible for creating and monitoring best clinical and administrative practice standards at every level of the clinic. The Vice President for Major Gifts and Campaigns is charged with increasing philanthropic support in all CVN clinic markets. As a key leadership team member and an important contributor to strategic decisions, the VP will have significant impact on CVN’s fundraising activities. In partnership with the CEO and SVP for Advancement, this position is primarily responsible for major gift and campaign development activities. The successful candidate will help forge new relationships to build Cohen Veterans Network’s visibility, impact, and financial resources. The VP will design and implement a comprehensive major gift feasibility study and campaign plans, immediately focused on network-wide feasibility studies and, where appropriate, fundraising campaigns for developing key external alliances by cultivating individual and philanthropic support. The VP will contribute to establishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to grow a major portion of the network’s financial sustainability through the solicitation of major gifts, campaigns, and other revenue streams identified in the course of fund development work.
