Serving Additional Populations

CVN is also expanding care to other high need populations – including Allied militaries, and first responders.

Post-10/7 IDF Veterans and Families in Israel

Cohen Veterans Network and Sheba Medical Center have opened The Steven A. Cohen Clinic for Veterans and Family at Sheba Medical Center in Modi’in, Israel, offering accessible, high-quality mental health care for post-10/7 IDF veterans, reservists, and their families. Principally funded by Friends of the IDF (FIDF) and Steve Cohen, the clinic addresses anxiety, depression, family issues, PTSD and more, available in-person and via telemedicine. A satellite location in Mevo’ot will open in 2026. The clinic also features a Community Room, supported by UJA-Federation, providing workshops and resources to foster community connection and well-being.

LAFD Uniformed Personnel and Families

Cohen Veterans Network has partnered with the Gary Sinise Foundation to provide high-quality, accessible mental health care to Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) uniformed personnel and their families. This new initiative offers support to firefighters, EMTs, medics, and their immediate family members, addressing mental health concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, family challenges, and more. Services are available in-person at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at VVSD, Los Angeles in Torrance, or via CVN Telehealth. Clinicians have undergone specialized training to understand the unique stressors faced by first responders and their families. These services are helping LAFD personnel and their families thrive on and off duty.
